communication

Communication can take you to a lot of places. When talking to someone it can teach you quite a bit about life or just about or friends or even the people around you. When having conversations you can really learn a lot and even though you may not know it you can learn from someone that may not seem like someone who is not the smartest person we can still all use a lesson. Like me when I am in a conversation I am 1 of 2 things I am either clam or very mad. Like this one time me and this one kid we walking down the hall and we started shoving each other. The next things you know I am getting pulled down to the office by this teacher who wouldn’t let me say anything. The sad thing was it was after school. I tried to explain to the teacher that was pulling me into the office but he wouldn't let me say anything.
By this point I have to deal with my assistant principle and of course it was after school so he let me go and catch a ride. He said that I will see you in my office on Monday. 1 week later I get pulled down into his office and I went down there really clam. He was going over the stuff that the teacher said that happened. I looked on his desk and there were 2 referrals on his desk. I could only think "what could possibly make this day worse". Then he let me speak to him and I explained what I had seen before I got in trouble. He said ok then he said "well your record is clean so I can’t suspend you or anything like that, however I do have to give you the choice of a Saturday school or 4 days of lunch detention". I said that I will take the lunch detention. He said "ok" and that was the end of that. I walked back into my sixth hour like nothing even happened. You can see what you can accomplish I’m a conversation when you are calm especially when you are in trouble.

Pure Joy

Pure joy moments can be similar to coming in the air conditioning from an extreme hot day outside. It could be when you take that first drink of ice cold water after a game of baseball. It could even be the warm taste of hot chocolate or coffee after a cold brutal winter day. The thing about pure joy is that it happens all day everyday and sometimes you might not even know it. Pure joy could even be hitting a home run in baseball or even scoring your first goal in hockey or soccer. Pure joy it’s the joy that makes you feel like you can take on the whole world. There are many sources of pure joy everyday around the world we just have to be very lucky that we have the things that we do and that we can experience the things we go as opposed to taking your first really big thrill on the world’s biggest roller coaster.
Pure joy comes in many different ways for many people. However if you enjoy the thrill of a life time you can bet that pure joy will be around you almost every minute of the day. Pure joy can mean many things it doesn’t mean that you just get lucky on that day or that you are just having the best day of your life but what it does mean is that it happens for a reason I can’t tell you the reason why Pure joy would happen to you only and one person can figure out why it would happen to them and that would be that very person that it is happening to. Pure joy is what completes everyday it’s what makes you day a real thrill and exciting. In the end we just have to realize how lucky we are to have pure joy.

spring break 2009!

This will be one of the greatest spring breaks i say this because it is going to be all conditioning in hockey all break. as for many other people that will go out of state i will be one of the few people that will be in a sport all break. when you are that committed to a sport you really don't have time for anything. what many people can pistoe upon a player is the determination and the commitment to a sport. a sport that i have lasted in for 7 years is really something special. every year spring break is a great time to be off school because its nice enough outside to where you can have a great time while your off school. this spring will really be fun and not because it is hockey 24/7 but because there is no school. in the end of spring break i will have my first hockey game of the spring season and then after spring is over i am off for the whole summer. and no that doesn't mean i quit hockey for ever. hockey never stops in my life it is a sport that i will stick with for as long as i can. spring break is a fun break for most people because most people get to travel the U.S. i have done that for a while. i have gone to Washington DC, Colorado, and many others but these were the main ones. this will be the first year in a long time that i will not be going out of state for spring break but at least i get to still be committed to a sport that someday will be a great. that can happen to anyone if they have the determination. HAVE A GREAT SPRING BREAK EVERYONE!

Andy came to work one day, limping something awful. One of his co-workers, Josh, noticed and asked Andy what happened.
Andy replied, "Oh, nothing. It's just an old hockey injury that acts up once in a while."
Josh, "Gee, I never knew you played hockey."
Andy, "No I don't. I hurt it last year when I lost $100 on the Stanley Cup play-offs. I put my foot through the television."

Today is another one of the biggest games of the year i have to play the kings once again and this is good because in the second half they have only won one game. will see whats going to happen i cant wait for that game I'm all set to go the big thing about that game is i am going to nail josh Melville in to the boards he will get hit so hard that hes going to go home crying, just kidding i don't think that will happen but i will nail him. once that is all done and over with Saturday which just also happens to be valentines day is also hockey day one of my favorite days and yes i do play hockey on that day against Ann arbor and its an away game. On Sunday i have a game at Eddie Edgar arena at 2:30pm sharks v.s. blues for hockey day. that game is a home game right here in Livonia. So i have a total of 3 games this weekend i just cant wait until my end of year tournament so i can finally win a championship once again i haven't won one in 5 years. In the end there is just no stop to hockey in my life i have it day after day. i have a hockey life and i want to keep it that way. When the summer hits it seems boring but hockey never stops because i am always still playing street hockey. the fun never stops in my life its sometimes it gets pretty old. just kidding. I might quit hockey after this year that right the decision will be made by next week so will see what happens also i might get my phone back next week for a good progress report. Yesterday I played this travel team and beat them at a final of 6-4 the team was not good at all. I was very disappointed to see that that was a travel team. The big question is did I score and the answer was yes. It was in a shootout I take it in on the goalie and I put the puck in my skate I kicked the puck right on to my back hand and shot it in the net. I scored and it was a sweet back hand goal. The goalie had no idea where the puck was. The first shot I got on that goalie I brought the puck to one side and quickly pulled it to the other side but the goalie was too quick and he stopped my shot. I was mad. When the other team would go in to shoot and it didn’t matter if it was a breakaway they would skate in to on the goalie so slow that I think even a snail would pass the guy with the puck. One time one of these guys was passing the blue line and I was by their goalie I caught up to the guy at the blue line easy. Maybe it’s just, fast but I don’t know the real reason but wever the case is they were not hat travel material because they really were not a good team. Truth they looked like a team that it was their first year playing. My team should have beaten them by a lot but in the end it was a very close game. I think that my team is really good and should be at the top but my team wants to do everything by them self. No one wants to pass the puck they all wants to be the all star. No one can be an all star and even I know that. There is no such thing as the best player but there is such thing as a good one. I have learned something from the years that I have been in hockey and that is that you have to do your best. Even I know that I’m not the best player but I wish that I could be. I wish that someday I could be in the NHl and someday win a Stanley cup. I have 3 idols they all play hockey and they all have taught me a lesson and that is to never give up no matter what and that is something that everyone should know. In the end I found out that all of that hard work pays off all you have to do is believe. This could be may last year playing.

Alex plays hockey. He scores about one goal every game. He also averages 1 penalty every game. He does whatever it takes for his team to win. When Alex doesn’t win a game he feels that the reason that they lost was his fault. He tends to get suspended a lot. He knows that he doesn’t help his own team off the ice. His determination and tenacity helps his team win most of the games in the season.

on december 14th i played josh melvilles team in hockey. I read his blog and it said that i he nailed me in the game and i fell down and started crying and he skated away laughing. Now really how many people are going to believe that story. probably not very many. What really happened was i nailed him along the boards and he started crying i mean i though that he was going to leave the game because he was crying so hard. he then tried to pick a fight with me during the game when i went and shoved him and i hardly touched him and he fell.but thats nothing new because he falls for everything when he goes to take a shot he falls. and even when he goes to hit someone they are like a sheet of paper hitting you and he is the one that falls. the other person just skates away like nothing even happened.there is no limit to him he thinks he is better than me when really he's not at all he still has a long way to go. the one thing that i wish he would see is that im better than him and i always will be there is no way that he is going to catch up to me. i said that he deserves to be on the team that is 0-15 in my last post and he should but now this week they are 0-16. if they want a player to count on believe me it probably wont be him at all. i didnt mean to write this at all but he forced me to by writing stuff in his blog about me that everyone knows that clearly they are not true. there is no end to hockey even in the summer when there is no hockey i still find something that i am better than him. so far this year i have scored 12 goals and josh has scored 0
